Toys for Tots Party

We will have a big toy drive at the VFW for Toys for Tots on Saturday December 9th. From 10 am to 5 pm we will be collecting toys and money. Drive on up and we will collect what you have. Santa and Mrs Claus will be here from 12 - 3. Then at 7pm we will have our Toys for Tots party. Live music with the Arcades. We will keep accepting toys until 10 pm. First Friday Veteran's Breakfast

First Friday Veteran's Breakfast is the first Friday every month from 0800 to 1100. Free breakfast to any veteran. You do not need to be a member of this VFW or another organization. You just need to be a VETERAN!. Breakfast sandwiches, donuts, fruit, coffee, juice and water. If you plan to attend please RSVP at hamelmnvfw@gmail.com.

No One Does More for Veterans
As yesterday's defenders of freedom, we want to welcome today's military service members into our ranks to become part of our elite group.  Our common bond is the battlefield, whether it is service in WWII, Korean War, Vietnam War, Persian Gulf War, Kosovo, War in Afghanistan, War in Iraq, War on Global Terrorism or other peace-keeping expeditionary campaigns.  Your courage and sacrifice have made a difference in preserving and defending world peace.

Our programs support our service members while they are on the front line, as they are being discharged and long after they return. Your tax-deductible donation will be immediately directed to the VFW programs where your support is most urgently needed.

Announcements

Toys for Tots are back.  We will have our big toy drive on Saturday December 9th from 10 am to 5 pm.  Santa and Mrs Claus will be at the "V" from Noon to 3 pm so bring the kiddos!  We will continue to collect toys during our Toys for Tots party that same evening from 7 to 10.  The Arcades will be live on stage during out Toys for Tots party!!
 
Our annual New Years Eve Celebration is this December 31st from 7 to 10:30 pm.  The Arcades will be live on stage and champagne will be served to bring in the New Year at 10pm!  More details to come.
